Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

(Hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”.)

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website https://stylesavyco.com, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, payment method, shipping fee, and delivery details of the product(s) are as specified in the Order Summary/Invoice created at the time of purchase.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The BUYER declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding product features, total price including taxes, payment method, delivery conditions, and SELLER information before placing the order electronically.

  2. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product(s) complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

  3. The product(s) shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the order date.

  4. If delivery is made to a person other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be responsible if the recipient refuses delivery.

  5. Payments are processed securely via iyzico payment infrastructure. Card information is not stored by the SELLER.

  6. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, transportation interruptions, etc.), delivery time may be extended and the BUYER will be informed.

  7. If the product becomes unavailable due to stock issues, the SELLER may cancel the order and refund the payment.

  8. If payment is canceled by the bank due to unauthorized card use after delivery, the BUYER agrees to return the product within 3 days.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

  1. Shipping Company: Yurtiçi Kargo

  2. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  3. Delivery time varies between 1–5 business days depending on location.

  4. Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without providing any reason.

  2. Withdrawal requests must be sent via email:

  3. Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In resellable condition

  1. Return shipping costs:

  • Covered by SELLER if the product is defective or incorrect

  • Otherwise covered by BUYER

  1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product is received and approved.

ARTICLE 7 – PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal rights cannot be used for:

  • Underwear products

  • Swimwear

  • Hygiene-sensitive products

  • Opened or non-resalable items

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts authorized under Turkish law shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 9 – ENFORCEMENT

By placing an order through the website, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement electronically.
