Shipping and Return

1. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery time is 1–5 business days depending on location.

• Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.

2. Package Inspection

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. If damage exists, request a damage report from the courier.

3. Return Conditions

• Returns accepted within 14 days from delivery.

• Items must be unused, with original tags attached.

• Underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

4. Return Process

• Return requests must be sent via email.

• Approved returns must be shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

• Return shipping costs belong to the customer unless item is defective.

• Refunds processed within 7 business days after warehouse inspection.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
